Upload video failed

Hello   I'm trying to upload videos on Engage your attendees. I already inserted 3 videos (last week) and I have 2 more to add.  But for these 2 the message is: Upload video failed.   I need help...

    I just changed the files' names and it worked (I have no idea why).. Uploaded!!

It is possible there was a non-web-friendly character in the file name.  This can happen if you create the file name in Word and then copy/paste it to the file name.  Your computer might allow it, but the web is picky about allowed characters. 

 

It is best to use only letters and numbers in your file name.  Spaces, underscores and hyphens (minus sign) are OK too.  Word can create characters that look like hyphens, but are shorter or longer than a standard hyphen and might not work.
