User Cannot Add Videos when clicking "Engage Your Attendees"

Here is a screenshot that the user is seeing.   We have already updated their policy and firewall rules to allow access.

    Cyralek  There may be something up with that Organizer's account.  Please have them call into Customer Support to create a case for us to examine further.
