webcam icon greyed out

I am running a webinar with one other presenter, and he is unable to share his webcam. We have checked device settings and the device has access to his webcam, as he can see himself in the GoToWebina...

soneillcml   Is this the built-in webcam, or an externally connected one?  If external, can you tell us what kind of webcam the presenter prefers to use?

    It doesn't work with either the built-in webcam or external webcam, unfortunately.

      Do you know what Surface Pro version the presenter is utilizing? 

       

      Is this person joining the webinar using a Panelist join link, and then did you start the broadcast for all participants?
