Webcam no longer connecting - just spinning wheel

I have done dozens of webinars using webcam. Now, in my last webinar the webcam would not start - just showing the spinning symbol.  And when I now book new webinars, the webcam feed just show spinni...

    Hi Nemko, 

     

    Welcome to the GoTo Community. Sorry to hear you are having trouble. 

     

    Most of the time, this is due to the use of a VPN or restricted access due to a Firewall Configuration. Also Note, Webcam Port configuration, GTW recommends UDP 1853, used for integrated webcam video support and Voice over IP (VoIP) and in-session communications.

Welcome to the GoTo Community. It could be a firewall or antivirus issue. Can you temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus software to check if they are blocking the webcam access?
