when loading the report, we only see a connection for a couple of minutes
Could it be that the listener was connected via their link the entire time, but when loading the report, we only see a connection for a couple of minutes?

Hi Kriss1ā
Typically it would not indicate that they were connected the entire time if the report states they were only connected for a few minutes. The Attendee Report shows all join/leave so if they left and came back, that should be registered.
Did they report having an unstable connection? It's possible that may have led to some discrepancies in the report.

Our manager wrote: "Yesterday I was testing the platform with a speaker, registered as a listener, connected, and waited. At that moment, our internet connection in the office was weak, but I was still on the listener page. However, as an admin, I didn't see myself listed as a listener until I refreshed the browser, although as a listener, I saw and heard everything.
I downloaded the analytics, and there was a period where I was only connected for a minute... after refreshing the page, it reappeared. But the minutes I had a poor connection (even though I could hear) weren't recorded."
Why isn't it reflected in the statistics if a listener can hear and see the broadcast ?

Kriss1 It sounds like the analytics were affected by a weak internet connection.
- If your internet connection is weak, it may be strong enough for audio/video to continue working (thanks to buffering and streaming protocols).
- When you refreshed, you re-established the connection fully. The server saw you reconnect and started counting again from that moment.
