Which is best for after-webinar viewing?
Send people to the original registration url? Or send them the recording link? Or is there no difference?

It depends on the goal of your recording.
If you copy share the link, attendees will be prompted to register before viewing which allows you to run a report on who has viewed it.
Sending the recording link directly provides immediate value to attendees who want to review or share the content. A majority of people who register aren't able to attend for whatever reason, so having the recording sent directly to them is a good way to ensure it will be viewed.
