Who started the webinar?
We had several people as co-organisers, is there a way of which one of them started the webinar please? Thank you
Clara5 You would need to file a ticket through Customer Support in order to locate the launching IP address etc.

I was assuming a single-Organizer account where you can create co-Organizers to help run the webinar. Those kind of co-Organizers cannot start the webinar.
If you have a multi-Organizer account, then the co-Organizers can start the webinar.
