Why am i hitting the error message 12002?

    johnLoL  This error message is related to your Windows operating system, and usually indicates some updates are needed there.  Start by checking for Windows updates, then visit the PC's manufacturer website to install any available driver updates.  Re-installing GoToMeeting may also be needed if the problem persists.
