10DLC Registeration for Canadian Local Businesses GrassHopper

Is there no exception to Canadian Businesses who only text Canadian Numbers that too just for order updates and coordinating service related texts and nothing to do with mass marketing? It seems like...

Welcome to the Community.

 According to the documentation, registration is required to send text messages of any kind to U.S. customers. Carriers will block all outbound messages from unregistered phone numbers by December 1, 2024. 

If you are only texting to Canadian customers, you may not experience a block, however, it's being enforced by the Carriers and it's ultimately up to them.
