Experiencing SMS block from GrassHopper even though network in Canada are based on Canadian Carriers and nothing to do with Verizon/At&t/T-Mobile etc. As per discussion with TCR Support, they mentioned service provider (grasshopper) should unblock as this is not applicable.
Hi Imsidq, the registration cutoff hasn't come into effect yet and when it does it will be the Carriers and not Grasshopper enforcing it. If there is an issue with your account you should call our toll free support for assistance https://support.grasshopper.com/help/contact-customer-support
Tried contacting support and had multiple tickets, Outbound SMS is disabled until TCR registration is approved. Never had sms capability since little over 3 weeks now when we signed up for GH. You get an error when sending text on app. Receiving works, sending blocked. Regardless of Cutoff being into effect or not. Unable to get in touch with anyone as support team just says "we have to wait up to 30 business days for approval from tcr".
