Disable option to leave a message when...

Hi,

We are preparing a plan in case we have a large amount of phone calls where: 

- We transfer the phone number directly to Extension 0
- It rings the various phone numbers we have listed, indefinitely

I want to select “Before being forwarded, let the caller hear: your transfer greeting”. I tested it and it works fine, but then an automatic voice says people can leave a voicemail by pressing STAR.

Is there a way to disable the option for people to leave a voicemail when we transfer the call directly to an extension?

    Currently you are unable to disable the option to leave a voicemail, I've moved this to the idea requests.

    Thanks for your question! I’m not sure if it’s possible to fully disable the option for callers to leave a voicemail when you transfer a call directly to an extension and use the transfer greeting. 

    This might need to be submitted as a feature or idea request. I’ll continue reaching out to the team for more information about possible workarounds or account settings that could help, and I’ll update this thread as soon as I have more details.
