Is it possible to have multiple callers at the same time?

Hi,

I was wondering how do we know if we have the capability to handle several callers at the same time? Is it an option we need to add? Can we transfer the second caller to another extension / number / colleague, etc. so that it doesn't ring as busy?

Is that the Call Blasting option ? Never miss a call by ringing each call forwarding number simultaneously (up to 15) to reduce wait times and increase customer satisfaction.

    Hi Virginie, welcome to the community.

     

    I looked up your account and it appears you have our Grasshopper service, so I moved your post here. With Grasshopper you need a Solo Plus or Small Business plan for Simultaneous Call Handling. You will need to have your account Admin sign in to upgrade your plan.

    Hi Glenn,

    Thank you for your answer. I do not see a Solo Plus or Small Business option when I look at our pricing plan.
    What I see is we have the Ramp plan, then there is the Grow and Max plan.

    Can I simply choose that an extension call each of the phone number indefinitely, in Extensions > Edit > Options?
