Can't ping friend but friend can ping me.
When trying to ping a friend I get a request timed out. His dot is green and when diagnosing it, it shows up as ok. Plus he is able to ping me. We have both done everything with the firewall, and nothing changes.

I'm afraid this is typically a firewall/security issue, so all I can suggest is to check your local firewall/windows defender settings again.
