I cannot ping the other computer in my network

Hi, i have a problem with hamachi when i ping a user's computer in my LAN it show request time out in the cmd when i launch a diagnostic it show this : Tunnel : (Tunnel:) OK (OK)   Local results:...

It don't work i tried everything :
Reinstall Hamachi
Create rules for allowing Hamachi
Uncheck hamachi i. The Firewall settings

    turn off your windows firewall entirely to test

      I have the same problem and when i disabled firewall i can ping 127.0.0.1 and also my hamachi ipv4 but i cant the other computer

        have you done the same on both ends.. make sure your not double nat-ed  turn off firewalls for testing purposes only.  allow traffic in both directions on both machines you trying to use.
