Hi Kate, thanks for replying. No, I haven't changed my subscription recently. The problem is that the networks don't appear; they're empty. It gives me the option to create them, but they're already created and working. I have the IDs and passwords, but the website shows them as empty. Can't you solve this for me? Thank you very much!

Did you change your subscription recently? If so you would need to assign it to the Network. If nothing has changed recently, you should reach out to customer support.
