I received answer from GoTo Support, but this not helped me...
I'm reacted for this answer, but in this answer was mentoined "I'll be marking this case as closed now." and no more reaction to my commnication...
I tested two different cards from two different banks with same result (both cards are usually used for Internet payments without problem)]. I have no other options, so can you try initiate automatic re-newal of subscription with registerd CC in your system?

I took a look at the case and our team suggested you reach out to bank associated with the credit card because they may be blocking the transaction, this can happen on occasion but if you let the bank know the transaction is valid it should go through. Where you able to do that?

Hi KateG,
we checked credit card setting for CC registered in your system. Last try of payment was checked with bank employee, transaction is imediatelly canceled by your side. In mean time we tested third card from third different bank with same result.
So, can you please suggest some working solution?
- initiate automatic re-newal of subscription with registered CC in your system. This operation was previously succesfull
- issue an advance invoice

Hello someone,
my situation is getting worse and worse.
No replies for my communication by email (Krystofer Stiven) - respectively communication of my colegue from purchasing department.
We have qoute C98F9-DBFD visible in GoTo Admin, but payment is still not possible.
Now, in logmein WebUI all configured network have disappeared, but still somwhere working, i'm able connect to these networks, but unable to manage it or create new one...
So, please, can somebody start solve my problem?
