Asking for Username/Password

I have 3 computers set up for remote access. None of these computers have a login username or password.  They stay on and unlocked 24 hours a day, and yet, I can't access them because LogMeIn is asking for username and password.  There is none. When I installed the LMI software it worked fine, and now I can't access any of the computers.
