Cannot control my remote mac computer.

I can connect to the remote computer but all I see is the screen. I see no login box for my username and password.  It used to be there but is not now.?

Sorry to hear about the recent connection difficulty. 

 

If you've rebooted the Host PC in the past 24 hours, could you please identify the operating system and LogMeIn version set up there?
