Firefox won't allow remote control

In Firefox 79 I cannot use Remote Control. The message at the bottom of the screen is javascript void (0). This cropped up v77 or so. I've no problem with Chrome or (ugh!) Edge. Tracking protection is turned off.  Maually downloading the client doesn't help. Suggestions?

    I have had the exact same issue with Chrome (latest update) and Brave Browser.  only browser that I can get to work seems to be Edge, LogMeIn, any update to this?
