Full Screen Maximized window with Taskbar visible

Is there any way to make the LogMeIn Client operate in a Maximized window without going Full Screen?

I frequently use the Client on my Laptop and running Full Screen kills the ability to see my Taskbar and it is a huge hinderance in my work flows.   Is there an option I'm missing to go Maximized without going Full Screen and losing the taskbar?
