joining a meeting on iPhone - troubles with safari

Hi all

when I invite some colleagues via e-mail to join my gotomeeting meeting via their iPhones they can not join the session. We get an error from safari: Safari can not open the page because the address is invalid..

Is this a common problem? It is important to us that clients or colleagues can easily join a session via their smartphones without installing the app.
