Live Chat or Email

Can anyone tell me if Logmein has email support or Live Chat.  The Live Chat that I keep finding is a robot.  I never get a person.  Thank you

Hi hulagirl,

We do not currently offer live chat support for LMI customers.  What you see with the chat-bot is a pre-programmed AI that does not yet have all keywords memorized.  If you still need assistance, and it's not billing related, we can try to answer you here.
