    Thank you. I have reinstalled LOGMEIN and, so far, it has not happened again.

Hi Jamie1987 welcome to the GoTo Community, did you try the solution, to reinstall?

I did - The issue is specific to when I am swapping between my keyboard, and mouse - I also thought it might be my mouse configurations, but that did not help either. 

 

At quite a loss.
