Log Me In
My host PC is on and is running LogMeIn. It can be accessed from other PC's at work but not from home, where I am now. When I log in, it shows ( in a yellow bar area ) " You no longer have access to your free computers".
It shows the host PC but there is a red circle wit a red line through it , indicating that it can't be accessed. When I click on "enable", it wants me to buy LogMeIn Pro.

If you have an active, paid subscription to LogMeIn Pro, and you're using the same set of credentials from both clients, then go ahead and give Customer Support a call when you're at home: https://support.logmeininc.com/pro/help/how-do-i-contact-support
