LogMeIn AV will not download

Question

Hello everyone,&nbsp;Having issues with LogMeIn AV installing a few agents at different sites. All of the agents in question are showing this in the console. "Unable to retrieve LogMeIn AntivirusError message:Failed to download LogMeIn AV package.Need help?help.logmein.comStarted&nbsp;a day ago"They also have the following recurring message in the event logs. "IPCStream Server - \.\pipe\LogMeIn_AVMan - Error in Peek from IPCStream." My searches&nbsp;on the error have yielded no results, any help would be greatly appreciated.&nbsp;Thanks,JG

jgoodwinNCIT&nbsp; This experience is likely due to a local firewall / security settings, for which our Allow-listings should be applied:&nbsp;&nbsp; https://support.logmeininc.com/central/help/logmein-and-firewalls-central-c-lmi-firewalls&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Once this is checked, you may need to drill into the AV event logs to see why the failure continues.
