Nice to see you! Logmein Pro is one of the portfolio of products available from GoTo.
If you can't connect with the client, it It could be an issue with a firewall.
If that isn't the issue, can you tell me when this issue started and what devices you are using to connect to and control?

Nothing changed, as far as I know, EXCEPT maybe the Logmein Client?
Connecting from a Win11 to a Server 2012 machine.
The only thing not working is the Logmein Client: I can connect using the LIMITED FUNCTION option without starting the Client...but it seems I am missing any keyboard entry when using that limited option.

I'm not aware of issues with the logmein client.
Have you tried to remotely restart the lmi software Host Service? That should only restart the software on the remote computer, you can then try to connect again.
