Logmein Client not connecting

I've been using Logmein Pro for many years. I am confused about how GoTo now is related to Logmein.
But anyway, here's my issue: I can login to Logmein and see my remote computer; everything looks fine.
But I cannot connect to it using the Logmein CLIENT that launches when trying to connect using REMOTE CONTROL.

This is fine:



But as soon as try and connect to it, I get this:


Logmein PRO.

    Thanks for your reply. I had a positive conversion with your support team yesterday. Unfortunately Michel could not clarify my challenge with the lack of assess to alarm monitorering in the PRO verison. Please put up a schematic overview showing the functionality betwen Bacis - PRO and Premium.

    Same here to I've also been using Logmein Pro for many years. I am confused to about how GoTo now is related to Logmein. For me to see LogMein Pro is an phases out product? my isue is i dont any longer have access to alert funktion in PRO version. I have a short mail konversion at the Logmein support about it but they dont reply at this question. I would be grateful if some here knows the answer.

    Nothing changed, as far as I know, EXCEPT maybe the Logmein Client?
    Connecting from a Win11 to a Server 2012 machine.
    The only thing not working is the Logmein Client: I can connect using the LIMITED FUNCTION option without starting the Client...but it seems I am missing any keyboard entry when using that limited option.

    Nice to see you! Logmein Pro is one of the portfolio of products available from GoTo.

    If you can't connect with the client, it It could be an issue with a firewall

    If that isn't the issue, can you tell me when this issue started and what devices you are using to connect to and control?
