What part of the installation process are you having trouble with? If you can sign into your account on your desktop computer you should be able to generate an install link for the server.

I can login to my account on my desktop without any problem.

So far your issues only appear to be related to your web browser settings which were preventing you from signing into your account. If you have JavaScript and cookies enabled you should be able to sign in, is something else happening? Have you tried signing into your account from another computer?
