Must continually reboot to allow remote access. What is wrong?

More often than not when trying to access my computers it will not connect. I must restart the control panel sometimes but usually have to reboot to get it to work. Is there a process that isn't running to accept the login?

    Hi Bob,

    I'm not aware of a specific process that awaits the remote login commands, but I'm wondering a couple of things in your situation:

    1. Are the affected PCs being rebooted on a regular basis regardless of the Pro access status?
    2. Have you already attempted a re-install of the endpoint software on a problem PC to troubleshoot?
