Hi Bob,
I'm not aware of a specific process that awaits the remote login commands, but I'm wondering a couple of things in your situation:
- Are the affected PCs being rebooted on a regular basis regardless of the Pro access status?
- Have you already attempted a re-install of the endpoint software on a problem PC to troubleshoot?
