Refund. How?

I would like a refund for the "LogMeIn Hamachi Premium" payment I made today. Reason: This did not remove the 256 member limit! (I already have one premium group)

    Payment was completed on June 24th. Cancel one of the two and feel confident.

     

    And can I trade automatically for a year? If it's automatic payment, this is the person who can introduce it.

    Hamachi upgrades may take up to 24 hours to fully activate.  If by that time your account hasn't activated, please contact Customer Support directly for assistance.
