Samba file system empty directory

I am facing a strange issue where i have  20 computes connected via one network where there is one hub and all the other computers access the hub via ssh and samba file system. the problem is one some computers where they are not able to access the file system but they can login via ssh, but as soon as they change from wifi to their mobile hot-spot samba system loads. its a very strange issue i don't even know where to start debuing from
