Scan / file tranfer scripting?

Looking for a way to scan a file and have it saved on a map drive on the remote computer?

IS logmein using FTP for their file tranfer?

Through logmein file tranfer is there  way to leverge this and write a script to copy file from local drive through logmein file tansfer and onto remote computer map drive?
