Unable to connect to Macs properly anymore

Over the last few days. when i try and connect to the users macs, i can only see the accessibilty screen (attached).

I see this message even though the relevant options are ticked in the security.

It used to work completely fine.

any ideas?

    Hey everyone,

I figured it out! Theres an extra bit which needs to be amended which no one mentions.

    1. System Preferences, click Security & Privacy, then click Privacy

    2. Select Screen Recording from the list on the left side

    3. Enable the option for log me in

  • I am getting the same problem.  On a 16 MBP 2019.  I have no issues with 13 MBP M1 or 2020 iMac i9, but 2019 iMac 19 I have the same issue.
