using 3 computers with a 2 computer license

In order to disable one of my two computers, and enable another one, the only option I have iis to "Permanently deletes Laptop from this account." Does that mean I wont be able to add it again, after...

there is no "deactivate" option only a "Permanently deletes Laptop from this account." option.
