Connect on LAN issues

Created a new hire within the console and confirmed he has the same access as me. I can connect to any PC/laptop using the Connect on LAN feature. When he tries, he gets nothing.... We can manually add the PC name and it will come up - but not allow him to log in.

Am i missing a setting on his PC that needs enabled?

    Kate - thanks for the reply. 

    When clicked on, NONE of the computers/laptops show up for him to click on. He has the exact same access as me.

    Could you please provide more details about what exactly happens when you try to complete the action? Are you seeing any error messages, or does something else occur? This information will help us better understand the issue.
