Currently the GoTo system allows within the queue settings to log an agent out, but only for the queue from which they missed they queue. As a company that has several queues, it can be difficult to catch when this happens without constantly checking each queue. The notification that someone has logged in/out is very quick and easily missed. I recommend adding a general setting to log a user out of ALL queues (if enabled) at once, regardless of what queue it was missed from. Also, instead of showing them as "logged out" give them a "Forced" status to show correctly on whomever is monitoring the system & handling report who is and is not missing calls and being logged out more easily.
