KateG- Do you all have any updates on this feature request to have the DND status indicate on other phones' BLF (speed dial w/presence keys)?
This request has become more frequent especially within the past few months from several of our clients that use GoTo and the Yealink phones provisioned on the system that would improve their business operations.

Thank you KateG - I will periodically check in on this thread into next year (2025) to see if there are any updates on this feature for the desk phones. Thanks again!

Checking with the team, it's still under consideration internally, though I don't have an ETA yet. I will keep this thread open along with the idea and will update when we hear more.

GoTo Support created case # 20836561 when I called the Partner Support line to ask about a solution or an ETA on this feature.
Jhostin with GoTo was very helpful as he engaged their development team directly to get an update on this request. Per his update, at this time, the development team confirmed they do not have a way just yet to add a visual notification on other phones when a user has DND enabled. From what I was informed, they are still actively working on this and will let us know once there is an estimated release date.
If possible, please keep this forum/thread open until there is some sort of official update on this request.Thank you!!

FYI, the most common Yealink models our clients have are the T48S, T48U, T54W, T57W, & T58W phones. Having DND show up as a status on the BLF keys on these phones and others would be very beneficial to all of the PBX's we maintain for our clients.

Yes, please GoTo, can we get an update on this? It has been promised for years now and still no update.
