Support UK Date Formats

Hi

When will UK date formatting be uniform within GoToResolve? When raising a ticket I see due date as dd/mm/yyyy (with no time) but when this call is displayed in the list of open calls is it displayed as mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm AM/PM. I raised this as a fault but was told UK formats are not supported. Please add this basic function ASAP

    I'm sorry about the issues you are experiencing with the tickets. We have the issue in our sights and we are working on a solution to be released soon.
