GoTo remote session ''End-User'' identification

Hi

 

I'm a service desk analyst and I use GoTo every day many times running many sessions. Sometimes you have to wait for the user to connect to the launched session for a while, before they join or accept the invite. It would HELP MASSIVELY if there was an IDENTIFICATION of some sort (a pc name or email address ) of the pc/user that the session is connecting to. There is no identification for it
