Paste as Keystrokes on login screen
It would be incredibly helpful to be able to copy/paste complex passwords at the user login screen(s). Currently we're unable to copy a password (from our password management program) and paste it into the password field because Window's doesn't allow that. It should be possible to send the text I have on the clipboard to a specific field on the remote computer I am using. For example, when I switch users, I have to manually type it, which is very tedious, especially for long passwords. Sometimes you have to wait for the user to connect to the launched session for a while, before they join or accept the invite. When linking a previous remote support session to a helpdesk ticket, it would be beneficial to have a preview feature available before attachment. Additionally, a filter to exclude Unattended sessions from the list, ensuring only Attended sessions are displayed, would enhance usability. Please include the option for the name of the technician to appear when they are connected to a remote session. Currently, when we want to connect, we have to internally validate who the person is to approve access. It would be beneficial for agents with the Member role to have visibility into support sessions linked to a ticket they are working on, even if the sessions were attached by another agent.
