Would like a function so an admin at a separate site of the company can sign in and work with items only in their location. Ex. Joe at Plant 1 can see and change Plant 2 and 3 devices. How can Joe sign in and see only Plant 1 but be able to add/update/delete/enroll devices as needed?

We did the editor role in the MDM but may need the ability to edit Android Enterprise so on-site tech doesn't have to ask for it to be changed.

You can already manage access to devices using device groups, does the person at the other site have to be an admin as well?
