The ability to modify the column sizes for the helpdesk ticket view

I would like to be able to adjust the size of the columns and what columns are displayed.

    Hi smccallister,

     

    Our development team is currently working on a feature to customize what columns are displayed and in which order. We are also adding new columns, including the time of the last update or the creation date.

     

    We are planning on releasing this feature in the following weeks.
