We have uploaded a custom "On-Hold Message" which was professionally recorded for our business. Unfortunately it plays very loud when we put a customer on-hold.
Currently the only solution to this problem is to have our hold message provider issue us a new file recorded (or adjusted) at a lower volume. I would think it would be easier to have the ability to adjust the "Hold Message Volume" directly from the GoTo Admin Portal.
Please look into this for a future programming update.
