Add the ability to the Goto Resolve UI to delete session recordings.

Just migrated to Goto Resolve from N-Able and after the migration found that session recordings are turned on by default.  It would be nice to have the ability from the reports page to be able to delete any or all of the recordings instead of having to utilize an API to delete the recordings or wait 90 days for them to delete automatically in the cloud.
