We migrated from GoToAssit to GoToResolve for its extended capabilities, like Remote Execution, terminal access and File Management. Those have been great. What is missing, is the ability to invite another Tech into a session. This can only be done if not using the unattended version of the client. If the session is created with "Instant Remote Support" option. A support key is then generated and can be shared.
We would like the ability to share remote support sessions that are started from Devices>Start Remote Control.
