The ability to modify the column sizes for the helpdesk ticket view

Hi smccallister,

Our development team is currently working on a feature to customize what columns are displayed and in which order. We are also adding new columns, including the time of the last update or the creation date.

We are planning on releasing this feature in the following weeks.
