I saw that we are supposed to vote on this idea. I cannot say that I am a bit confused by this idea. I am fairly certain that a major portion of your clients would like to be able to use more space for questions and answers in the polling. That said, I am 100% in favor of this upgrade. My vote is a definitive yes.

Our team is currently investigating adding this feature this quarter. There is currently no timeline for implementation, but we will keep the Community update. In the meantime, please vote and comment on this idea. Thanks.

Please update the character limit. I understand it is limited because of the window/coding needed to ensure the content displays correctly. However, it is time to revisit it as an offering you are providing. Dynamic windows have been used for years. GTW needs to explain why they will not update this tool when there are so many frustrated customers.
My clients had me switch to another platform for their global scientific webinars because the polls did not have enough characters to adequately express the Q&A they desired.

Increasing character limit for Webinar Polls is coming
- SDenis_2Active Contributor
I have to agree, the polling questions and answers have a 20 character limit, which is difficult to manage. I conduct webinars on payroll compliance topics, and the small character limitation forces me to abbreviate words in the polling feature. This makes it seem as if we are lazy and don't want to "complete" the statement. I can't tell my audience that this is a limitation of our software. That is problematic, as it makes us look as if we don't care that the audience has to figure out what the question is in the poll.

I completely agree. PLUS, it would be very helpful to have the option with polling questions to allow for open-end answers. Many participants struggle to find the question box but can see the polling questions. This is from someone who has hosted thousands of webinars on GTW and used the polling feature on hundreds of them.

I second the idea of increasing the number of characters allowed, both for the question and the answers. It would also be super helpful to have the option to use a text fields with a 250 character limit to ask polling questions.
Why are these changes not acted upon. If you were to survey GTW users, especially frequent users, I am sure a large percentage would welcome this enhancement.
