Remove cancellation link or Email notification when participant cancel his registration
We need the option to remove the link that allows a participant to cancel their registration. Currently, this link is always included at the bottom of the registration confirmation emails along with the participation link.
The issue is that we do not receive any notification when a participant clicks this link to cancel their registration.
Therefore, please either make it possible to remove the cancellation link from the registration email, or ensure that we (the organizer) receive a notification when a participant clicks the cancellation link.
Background:
Our participants register through our website using our own system, and GoToWebinar is connected via API, so participants are automatically added to GoToWebinar when someone books through our system.
If someone is removed directly in GoToWebinar and we don’t receive any notification, the participant still remains in our system.
Cancellations must be handled through our system, which is why the cancellation link included in GoToWebinar’s confirmation emails is problematic.

We have had the idea to make the cancelation optional, though this is not currently planned, but it helps to see customer interest when prioritizing updates.
