It's so irritating when the Presenter... probably is using a two or three monitor setup switches to another screen to present content... and it blows all over the attendee screen... When capturing a webinar and the presenter does this... it blow way past the capture screen.
If you are capturing 1/4 of the full screen and this happens... all of a sudden, you are losing 75% of the presented material...
Support says there is NO WAY to stop this bad behavior... hence this request.
As far as I can tell... no other webinar software has this bad behavior.
Please give attendees control so the presenters screens always come in at the identical size.
